Two respected local groups have discussed supporting the Oak Woodland Management Plan that was recently passed by the BOS, and then litigated against by environmental groups.
Some members of the public call this a “line in the sand” and vow to support the County as a matter of principle. Both groups say that we believe the County's adoption of the OWMP is legally defensible and will ultimately be upheld. They support and encourage the County's vigorous defense of the challenge to the OWMP.
