In what may be the largest community coalition assembled since land wars began in El Dorado County, new organizations and individuals continue to add their support to passing Measure B and securing a General Plan for the county. On March 8th local voters will decide whether to ratify the Board of Supervisors (4-1 vote) adopted 2004 General Plan by voting yes on B…..or rejecting it. The latest groups to announce support for Measure B include the Georgetown Divide Public Utilities District; the EDC Superintendents’ Council and the EDC Deputy Sheriff’s Association (DSA).
